Patente de Invenção: CRESCIMENTO MELHORADO DE BACTÉRIAS DE ÁCIDO LÁCTICO EM LEITE" . A presente invenção pertence a um meio de crescimento adaptado para o crescimento de uma variedade de diferentes lactobacilli, que é à base de leite, e que é suplementado por pelo menos quatro aminoácidos, ribonucleosídeos e ferro. Em particular, a presente invenção refere-se ao uso do dito novo meio para o cultivo de uma variedade de diferentes Lactobacilli, preferivelmente, Lactobacilli que pertence ao grupo A e B de Johnson, especialmente para a produção de produtos lacticínios.
