Abstract

"PROCEDIMENTO PARA A PREPARAÇÃO DE DERIVADOS DE ÁCIDO 1,1 DIOXOPENICILÂNICO". Procedimento para a preparação de derivados de ácido dioxopenicilânico e de seus sais farmaceuticamente aceitáveis de fórmula geral I, onde, o R é o hidrogênio, alquila ramificada ou não de 1 a 5 átomos de Carbono ou resíduo do tipo -CH2R', onde o R' é o hidrogênio, halógeno ou grupo p-toluenosulfonil. Obtém-se por reação dos compostos de fórmula geral II onde, o R está definido anteriormente e o X pode tomar os valores Hidrogênio ou Bromo, com um reagente metálico constituído por uma mistura ou liga de cobre e/ou cobalto e/ou manganês com ferro e/ou níquel em um meio aquoso-orgânico. São úteis como inibidores de beta-lactamas.
