"SISTEMA DE RESFRIAMENTO RÁPIDO PARA RECIPIENTES COM CONTEÚDO LÍQUIDO" , que consiste em um aparelho de funcionamento elementar, apropriado para reduzir rapidamente a temperatura de qualquer tipo de produto líquido ou imerso em um líquido e que esteja acondicionado em recipiente cilíndrico. Baseado em um sistema elementar de funcionamento, têm a propriedade de retirar rapidamente a temperatura dos recipientes e, por conseqüência, de seu conteúdo líquido, através de ação física que provoca a circulação deste líquido no interior do recipiente, estando este em contato com material de baixa temperatura.
