Abstract
"ANTIMICÓTICO DE AÇÃO DIRETA" É provida uma composição antimicótica de ação direta, que é um material de natamicina possuindo um diâmetro de partícula médio de 10 micra ou menos e/ou uma razão de área de superfície média para peso de pelo menos 2 m²/g. O material de natamicina pode ser utilizado em uma forma preparada para consumo humano sobre ou no material perecível, suscetível a deterioração por desenvolvimento de mofo, levedura ou fungo. O material de natamicina fornece proteção eficaz a um material perecível contra desenvolvimento de mofo, levedura ou fungo, em concentrações de 1 ppm a 5 ppm e mais altas. Os processos são também providos para formular e utilizar o material de natamicina.
