Abstract

DISPOSITIVO DE SUSTERNTAÇÃO DE PLACAS EM FORNOS TIPO VIGA MÓVEL. A presente invenção consiste um novo dispositivo de sustentação de placas de aço sobre vigas móveis e fixas em fornos de reaquecimento de placas para laminação à quente, chamado de "skid", que apresenta melhor maior facilidade de remoção, além da reposição mais rápida, eficeinte e com menor tempo e custo. por conta da facilidade de substituição do corpo móvel intercambiável (1) do "skid", é mais fácil manter as condições de alinhamento e nivelamento necessárias para a boa sustentação das placas sobre as vigas móveis e fixas do forno de reaquecimento do tipo "Walking Beam". A presente invenção se refere a um "skid" que compreende um corpo móvel intercambiável (1), uma base 2, um canal (4) e um orifício (5). O corpo móvel intercambiável (1) é apoiada na base (2) que é fixada na viga (3) por solda direta na viga (3) ou através de garras.
