Abstract

APARELHO TRACIONADOR PARA MEMBROS INFERIORES E IMOBILIZADOR PÉLVICO ANTI-HEMORRÁGICO. Aparelho que tem por finalidade recolocar ossos fraturados de membros inferiores e da região pélvica em posição original, preparando o paciente para cirurgia, proporcionando alivio e contenção hemorrágica pélvica. Após se colocar o cinturão com o eixo-guia (2) e (3) na região pélvica, coloca-se a estrutura base (1) deslizando pelo eixo-guia (3). A próxima etapa é calçar o ponto de fixação inferior (5) e mover as guias reguladoras (4) para a altura desejada e ajustá-las ao membro a ser imobilizado e travando-os nos furos da estrutura base (1). Concluidas estas etapas, procede-se com a tração, puxando a estrutura base (1) para baixo. Após todo este procedimento, trava-se o pino do eixo-guia (3) para imobilizar totalmente a tração.
