Compreendida por um chassi (1) composto de perfil tubular retangular revestido de chapas (2) de material metálico, plástico, fibra de vidro, ou similares onde internamente é provido um conjunto motor-redutor (3) eletromecânico comandado por controle remoto. Por meio de polias (4) e correias (5), o motor-redutor (3) transmite o movimento para um conjunto de mancais (6) de rolamentos e pedais (7) posicionado inclinadamente e logo acima, servindo os pedais (7) para apoio dos pés do paciente sentado em uma cadeira.
