DISPOSIÇÃO CONSTRUTIVA INTRODUZIDA EM TOMADA ELÉTRICA, de formato predominantemente cilíndrico, constituída de terminais (2) de contato instalados internamente numa carcaça (1) predominantemente cilíndrica. O terminal (2) de contato é constituído de uma chapa metálica estampada em formato de "U" (3), sendo sua base composta por uma abertura cilíndrica (4) que serve de passagem de um parafuso (5) para fixação do fio elétrico (não ilustrado), de forma a projetar duas hastes (6) convergentes levemente recurvadas (7) em suas extremidades, as quais são providas de abas (8). A tampa (9) tem formato de "L" e é articulada pelas extremidades traseiras por meio de dois pinos (10) ressaltantes, permitindo, desta forma, ser utilizada como extensão.
