Refere-se o presente objeto a um aparelho eletrônico, pré-pago, fixado no pára-brisa dos veículos automotores para passagem em praças de pedágio, entrada em shoppings, estacionamentos e similares, sem que o veículo pare. O usuário recarrega o aparelho através de um cartão do tipo "Smart Card". que é inserido rio proprio aparelho para inserção dos créditos e/ou através de recarga on-line.
