TACHO PARA FRITURA, compreendido de um reservatório de óleo (1), nível (2) onde se encaixa no fogão, cesto coletor de resíduos (3) e borda de segurança (4), haste coletora (5) e aleta coletora de calor (6), que conjugam a função de fritar os alimentos, promovendo um cozimento mais rápido com uma vantagem de usar somente o óleo, onde os resíduos da fritura do alimento que esta sendo fritado, são armazenados em sua extremidade inferior e depositados em um cesto coletor vazado, mantendo o óleo oriundo do processo de fritura sempre limpo.
