Consiste basicamente de um ventilador convencional convertido em climatizador (1) por aspersão, para tanto utilizando o mesmo motor (2) da hélice (3) que transfere força motriz para o disco (4) 5aspersor por meio de duas polias (5 e 6) de diferentes diâmetros e correia (7), que ao girar em altíssima rotação pulveriza a água (A).
