O MÓDULO REDUTOR COMPACTO COM ENGRENAGENS HELICOIDAIS E PLANETÁRIAS DESTINADO A MOTOR ELÉTRICO. Modelo de utilidade usa motor elétrico fixado por flange frontal, tem pequena distância entre a face do eixo do motor e o eixo de saída. O menor tamanho é peso foi obtido com uso de redução por engrenagens com um estágio planetário próximo ao tambor. O mecanismo de engrenagens e eixos gira sobre rolamentos, está segregado em carter lubrificado, isolado por retentores. O flange frontal é integral com o eixo de saída e apóia em rolamento especial com dupla carreira de esferas cujo anel interno dentado é parte do estágio planetário, peça com função de transmitir o torque a saída do conjunto. Esse modelo atende múltiplas aplicações tendo a saída concêntrica com o motor.
