PROCESSO DE PRODUÇÃO DE ÉSTER DE ÁLCOÓIS PRIMÁRIOS POR TURBILHONAMENTO AUTOCISALHANTE DE ÁCIDOS GRAXOS, compreendendo a introdução de uma turbina de cisalhamento (17) no processo envolvendo a conhecida reação química de transesterificação, cuja geometria especialmente projetada para uma micro-unidade de esterificação, reduz o tempo de reação de horas para poucos segundos. Um dos objetivos do presente modelo de utilidade reside em propor um processo de produção de éster de alcoóis primários e seu correspondente equipamento permitindo aumentar a velocidade produtiva mantendo a eficiência energética provida pelo processo de cavitação, aplicado às reações químicas envolvidas no processo de transesterificação.
