É aqui descrito um termostato bimetálico compreendendo um relé de potência (4) e um elemento termostático sensível (3) eletricamente ligado em dito relé de potência (4); o dito relé de potência compreendendo terminais elétricos (702) para a conexão a um equipamento externo. O termostato bimetálico compreende um invólucro (1) de suporte o qual aloja o relé de potência (4), o dito elemento termostático sensível (3) e uma placa (10) interna, dotada de um circuito impresso (100) apropriado de modo a formar uma conexão elétrica entre o relé de potência e o elemento sensível; o dito invólucro é preenchido com uma resina isolante (6).
