DISPOSIÇÃO APLICADA EM DESIDRATADOR COM FILTRO DE BARREIRA EQUALIZADOR, notadamente de um desidratador (1) para alimentos em geral e outros produtos passíveis de desidratação, que destina-se a substituir, com vantagens operacionais e funcionais os desidratadores convencionais, pelo fato de utilizar filtros (2 e 3) de entrada e/ou saída do fluxo (F) de ar quente, dessa maneira promovendo a homogeneização da temperatura no interior da câmara (4) e, por conseguinte, a evaporação por igual da água do produto a ser desidratado.
