Consiste de um suporte (1) multiuso e ajustável o qual é composto por uma garra (2) inferior de fixação de onde deriva um pino (3) roscado travado e/ou liberado por meio de porca (4) e contra-porca (5) ligada ã alavanca (6) promovendo o ajuste rotacional (R) do braço (7) que sustenta o tubo (8) principal onde é inserida a vara (9) de pescar, guarda-sol (10) ou elemento afim, por sua vez, passível de ajuste de inclinação (1) viabilizado por eixo (11) sem-fim ligado a manivela (12) de acionamento.
