Apresentando um recipiente na forma de uma caixa (1), com abertura superior (2), no interior da qual são dispostas escovas paralelas (3), associadas a um encanamento mediano (4), dotado de furos espaçados (5) por onde é aspergida água proveniente da tubulação (6), ligada à rede hidráulica, e com área de vazão (7), sendo que o conjunto interno é sustentado por hastes duplas transversais (8).
