A ser instalado em linhas de alimentação elétrica, constituído de refil (1) ou parte móvel dotado de invólucro termoplástico (2), lente transparente (3), desligador (4), polarizador macho (5), mola de desligamento (6), terminal de contato (7), terminal de desligamento (8) e pastilha de varistor (9); base (10) ou parte fixa apresenta-se em invólucro termoplástico (11), dotado de terminal de conexão (12), mola de contato (13), dois polarizadores fêmea (14), grampo plástico (15) e sinalização remota (16); podendo dito refil (1) ser acoplado à base (9) seja em posição anterior ou posterior, que haverá um dos polarizadores fêmea (14) concêntrico com o polarizador macho (5) do refil, sendo cada polarizador fêmea (14) utilizado para uma das posições do refil (1).
