"DISPOSIÇÃO INTRODUZIDA EM ALMOFADA PARA APOIO DE NUCA EM EXERCÍCIO ABDOMINAL OU SIMILAR". É constituído por uma almofada para apoio de nuca (1), pertencente ao campo dos artigos para exercícios físicos; constituída por uma almofada retangular ou quadrada confeccionada com dupla camada em material flexível (2), tais como, tecidos, películas poliméricas, entre outros, cuja, borda é costurada (3), incluindo-se a costura eletrônica, conforme o material de formação, sendo que em seu interior, é inserido um enchimento de material macio, tais como, espumas ou camadas de material expandido; as arestas laterais possuem uma alça de pega (4) cada, confeccionada com o mesmo material flexível ou outro material que se qualifique como resistente aos procedimentos de pega; o usuário (5) segura com ambas as mãos às alças de pega (4), de modo a ajustar a almofada em posição adequada à nuca, a fim de realizar as flexões pertinentes aos exercícios abdominais.
