Consiste de uma tábua de churrasco (1) constituído por uma gaveta (2), por um orificio (3) dotado por uma tampa (4), por um porta faqueiro (5) e por fim por um sulco (6) que percorra por toda a forma geométrica da tábua de churrasco (1), sendo este sulco (6) dotado por um orificio vazado (7) constituído por uma bandeja (8), que recepcionará toda a gordura, líquidos (GL) e detritos.
