Conforme descrito no relatório e conforme as ilustrações anexas é caracterizado por uma nova disposição construtiva introduzida em um clip para balão, utilizada para o fechamento da boca de balões festivos sendo tal aparelho projetado para proporcionar maior qualidade e eficiência em tal fechamento, posto que além de proporcionar um visual mais alegre e festivo, facilita e agiliza a tarefa de enchimento e fechamento dos balões fazendo com que eles permaneçam mais tempo cheios.
