Compreendida por apresentar uma aba externa (A) discreta, podendo apresentar também variações artísticas, possuindo uma válvula que se comunica através de um canal ao cuff para insuflá-lo, possuindo filtro/desodorizador de odores que é opcional dependendo do modelo, pescoço (B) macio, liso e amortecedor, aumentando as horas em que se pode usá-la sem trazer isquemia/necrose, fixada através de um cuff/balonete, trazendo um maior conforto e menos transtorno ao usuario.
