Refere-se a uma terceira costura (1) no tecido (4), reforçando as duas costuras já existentes e dificultando que venha a ocorrer a descostura ou rasgamento, uma vez que os usuários destes uniformes profissionais geralmente realizam grande esforço fisico e muita movimentação, o que força o tecido e, naturalmente, força a costura.
