Dotado de uma moldura horizontal (1) que delimita uma abertura (2) cujo acesso é controlado por um tampo basculante (5), cuja movimentação é obtida por duas chapas verticais inferiores (6) com sulcos curvos (7), aos quais são fixadas por articulações móveis (8) duas barras rígidas (9) presas na face inferior do tampo basculante (5), que por sua vez é conectado a um cabo (10) acionado por um motor (11).
