Constituído por um fiel (1) composto por uma base enconchada (2), uma mola-trava (3), um guia de cabo (4), um carretel (5) de cabo flexível (6) com um mosquetão giratório (7), uma mola de retomo (8), fechados por tampa de fechamento enconchada (9) e de grampo de fixação (10) em cinturão ou cinto, cujo desenvolvimento visa aumentar sobrem~meira a segurança e a comodidade de usuários de armas de fogo e evitar riscos de disparos acidentais ou o roubo de suas armas ou de objetos portáteis que precisam ficar ao alcance da mão.
