É descrita uma disposição construtiva em placa de diodos emissores de luz que compreende uma base primática (100) incluindo terminais (20) e condutores (30), e diodos emissores de luz (10) ligados em série, apresentando uma placa de circuito impresso com regulador de tensão (40) que mantém constante a tensão de saída dos diodos (10), um componente eletrônico semicondutor (50) e um resistor (60) configurado para manter a corrente do circuito constante.
