Que tem por objeto uma prática e inovadora manga secundária de revestimento, pertencente ao campo dos equipamentos de proteção individual, para ser aplicado sobre mangas isolantes elastoméricas, e ao qual foi dada original disposição construtiva, com vistas a proteger a superfície das mangas isolantes, de forma a aumentar a vida útil por evitar pequenos arranhões ou cortes superficiais que as desclassificam como isolantes elétricos, mediante ensaios ou inspeções periódicas.
