É uma peça sólida de forma suficientemente igual ao implante dentário utilizado principalmente na região bucal onde o aspecto estético é um fator relevante, fabricado totalmente de material polimérico a base de poliéster éster acetona, tecnicamente conhecido pela denominação de PEEK ou ainda na composição da matéria prima do processo de fabricação do implante dentário adiciona-se a fibra de carbono, ou a fibra de vidro, ou ainda particulas de hidroxiapatita, ou vidro bioativo.
