A presente Patente de Invenção refere-se a um equipamento capaz de transportar, afundar e trazer à tona uma campânula, também conhecida como sino de mergulho, sem a necessidade da utilização de barcos de apoio de grande porte e guindastes, como atualmente acontece. O presente invento é constituido basicamente de um chassis (1) dotado de quatro pés de altura regulável(2) e de dois flutuadores cilíndricos internamente compartimentados e externamente lastreados (3) sobre o qual é montada a campânula<4).
