Idealizada um travesseiro produzido a partir de poliuretano expandido de média densidade, de formato paralelepipedal, cuja largura e comprimento possuem dimensões consideravelmente maiores que a altura; a face superior possui, deslocado do seu eixo central, um rebaixo retangular (2) longitudinal, cuja profundidade corresponde a aproximadamente um terço da altura do referido corpo (1).
