Abstract

MÓDULO TROCADOR DE CALOR DE FORNO DE PANIFICAÇÃO À GÁS. Idealiza um módulo removível trocador de calor (1) de forno (2) a gás, confeccionado em material metálico resistente, preferencialmente em formato retangular, dotado de uma base (3) com orifícios circulares de encaixe e solda dos tubos (4) de passagem de ar e superiormente de uma chapa (5) também dotada de orifícios, disposto inferiormente na câmara de combustão e fixado superiormente na porção superior da câmara de cozimento (6) do forno (2) através de parafusos (7).
