É configuração aplicada em traje de mergulho, com uma bolsa pneumática inflável de polipropileno incorporada ao dito traje de mergulho e a bolsa contém uma válvula de entrada e outra de saida de gás, controladas manualmente, com a função de proporcionar ao mergulhador equilíbrio adequado em diferentes profundidades.
