Onde a capa fixa é constituída por um corpo de plástico anelar rígido formado por diversos e largos anéis interpostos em diferentes modelos, cuja parte central permanece fixado internamente ao extremo superior e inferior, dependendo do modelo do guarda-chuva, de modo que após o seu uso, dito ) guarda-chuva seja enrolado e envolvido pelo corpo de plástico anelar rígido.
