Feito em três partes: a parte um, recebe a parte dois sobre si em posição inclinada, onde ficará a cabeça e o tronco do usuário, em seguida se une à parte três, que está na posição horizontal, onde ficará o bumbum e as pernas Na parte três há uma elevação na posição horizontal, centralizada ao meio que ficará por baixo das coxas do usuário, impedindo que o corpo do usuário escorregue e desça.
