O cabo de panela móvel tem a função de trazer mais segurança para os cozinheiros, evitando o contacto com a panela quente, não tendo mais a necessidade do pano de prato que tem o perigo de pegar fogo, com este cabo, passamos a ter o controle da panela sem ter o risco de se queimar. As suas três pontas tortas tem a função de travar o cabo de panela móvel na panela, facilitando o uso da panela quente.
