Consiste em adesivo resiliente (4) aplicado em base da borracha (3) também resiliente, sendo esta (3) revestida de material especial (2) o qual, além das propriedades desengordurantes, é aplicado de maneira a dar forma à eventos publicitários estampados no conjunto (1), sendo que o mesmo (1), quando não está em uso para limpeza, é aderido graças á sua base (4) de adesão resiliente à superfície do aparelho (5), traduzindo-se assim, em um conjunto portátil com dupla finalidade, ou seja, limpeza e propaganda.
