É constituido por uma bomba de ar manual (1), pertencente ao campo da engenharia mecânica, incorporada por um tubo cilíndrico (2), gaxeta tipo copo (3) que se fixa em uma base cilíndrica (4), eixo filiforme (8); na porção posterior do tubo cilíndrico (2) encaixa-se um tampo cilíndrico (9) e na região posterior um manípulo anatômico (12) que possui um alojamento cilíndrico cônico (14) para inserir o bico injetor de ar (15); na porção anterior do tubo cilíndrico (2) encaixa-se um flange macho frontal (18) onde pode ser acoplado o terminal de união (27) ou o bico injetor de ar (15).
