PAINEL PUBLICITÁRIO BASCULANTE Patente de modelo de painel publicitário que poderá ser utilizado em qualquer local, inclusive, em topos de edifícios, é constituído por lâminas que formam a mensagem publicitária quando fechado (fig. 1) e com as lâminas abertas quando houver movimentação provocada pelos ventos que fará com que o painel gire até 360. podendo estacionar em posições variadas, dependendo da ação dos ventos (fig. 2).
