Abstract

CHOPEIRA EM CÂMARA FRIGORIFICA DE VIDRO. Para uma chopeira em câmara frigorífica que é compreendida por uma câmara (1) de inox com paredes de vidros térmicos (1.3), e porta de inox (1.4), com barris de chope (2) sendo refrigerados por um resfriador interno (1.7) com uma torre de. chope (3) também dentro da câmara que assim formará uma camada de gelo, permitindo um menor esperdício de chope devido a se diminuir as diferenças da temperatura, proporcionará servir um chope de melhor qualidade devido ao armazenamento e será um atrativo a mais para o cliente que poderá observar o processo através dos vidros térmicos. É previsto uma estante (3.1) para apoiar a torre de chope (3) e uma estante (2.1) para apoiar os barris de chope (2).
