DISPOSIÇÃO INTRODUZIDA EM FORNO PARA ASSADOS EM GERAL, consiste essencialmente de um gabinete (1) metálico, preferencialmente prismático, dito gabinete (1) apoiado sobre rodízios (R) tendo superiormente uma prateleira (P) para armazenamento de lenta, sendo previstas na parte superior três câmaras (C), sendo uma câmara (Cl) de queima da lenha, uma câmara de cozimento (C2) e uma última câmara (C3) superior retentora de calor, contígua à chaminé (2) dotada de válvula (3) borboleta, sendo que dito forno (F) se destaca por possuir placas (4) pivotantes abafadoras que otimizam a preparação de pratos, como, por exemplo, pizzas, esfihas e assados em geral.
