Abstract

"DISPOSIÇÃO APLICADA EM MÁQUINA AUTOMATIZADA PARA OBTENÇÃO DE CREMES DE FRUTAS NATURAIS". Refere-se o presente objeto a uma inédita e funcional máquina automática para fabricação de cremes de polpas de frutas naturais, através da sua trituração e batimento do creme em compartimentos próprios (triturador e batedeira), um compartimento conectado a batedeira permite que uma emulsão possa ser introduzida ao creme, misturando-os para formar um creme homogêneo. Todo o processo de fabricação do creme é automatizado e controlado por um chip programado com a seqüência, velocidade e tempo da programação para a obtenção do creme.
