"DISPOSIÇÃO EM EQUIPAMENTO DE SEGURANÇA PARA INCÊNDIO EM PRÉDIO". A presente patente refere-se a uma disposição revolucionária com objetivo de salvar vidas por ocasião de incêndios, em prédios onde a escada 'magirus' não alcança. Ela é constituída por uma serie de barras de fixação 7, adaptadas às várias formas de sustentação. Existem placas de fixação 8, para encaixe nas janelas ou paredes do prédio este sistema forma um conjunto balancim, compreendido por suporte e fixação do peso 6, e um assento e protetor 5, a vítima poderá descer em segurança, sentada no assento protetor 5, e presa à um colete (fig. ilustrativa) que fica ligado à um cabo de aço 1, embutido em uma carretilha 4, vai um sistema de freios 2, que permitirão um descida suave e segura.
