Constituído por Três roletes [8] colocados dentro da cavidade [4] de um inserto [3], sendo que entre os roletes fica premido o eixo [5] do motor elétrico [6], havendo ao redor do inserto [3] uma canaleta [9] que forma um vão [9 ] ao redor da cavidade [4] que recebe a mangueira [10]; o giro e a translação dos roletes vai comprimindo de forma cadenciada a mangueira e vai empurrando (bombeando) o fluido no sentido do giro.
