Especialmente de uma panela (P) de pressão dotada de uma válvula (1) de segurança adicional fabricada em material inerte, por exemplo, alumínio, dimensionada para atuar sob determinada pressão, pouco abaixo da válvula convencional, haja vista possuir uma mola (2) calibrada que atua o êmbolo (3), sendo incorporada a tampa (T) da panela, configurando em uma maior comodidade e garantia para este tipo de utensílio.
