Abstract

"SECADOR ROTATIVO DUPLO DE EIXO HORIZONTAL (SDR) PARA CAFÉ, CACAU, NOZES, CASTANHAS E OUTROS PRODUTOS GRANULADOS". É constituído por um aperfeiçoamento de um equipamento existente (PI - 7805579) denominado, secador rotativo duplo de eixo horizontal (1) composto por um corpo cilíndrico ou cilindro rotativo (2) dotado de movimento rotacional variável, cuja estrutura interna é dividida na seção transversal por um septo divisório (3), formando duas câmaras de secagem (4) independentes, cada uma contendo uma porta de alimentação e descarga (5) de material granulado vegetal; o cilindro rotativo (2) possui em seu eixo longitudinal, um duto de ar central (6) cujos extremos (7) se acoplam a insufladores de ar aquecido de secagem (8), possibilitando que cada câmara de secagem (4) opere independentemente; os insufladores de ar aquecido de secagem (8) são supridos por uma fornalha central (9) ou duas fornalhas distintas (10) que se unem por dutos externos de condução (11).
