Apresentando como principal característica a utilização de uma peça injetada em material polimérico, com uma topologia tal que ao ser dobrada nas áreas delgadas (3) posiciona opostamente as duas metades dos pinos cônicos (6) os quais, com o fechamento completo da Presilha, transpassam as duas extremidades (7) e (8) da liga elástica colocada entre eles, promovendo através de uma única operação a emenda entre si das mesmas.
