"DISPOSIÇÃO EM SUPORTE AQUECIDO PARA PIZZA A METRO". Constituída Dor um quadro (1) isolante térmico provido de alças para transporte (2), dotado de ressaltos internos (3) e perfil e dimensões adequados para receber uma chapa plana de pedra (4) com faces polidas, que pode ser de granito ou outra rocha com características semelhantes, que é previamente aquecida antes de ser inserida no quadro (1), tendo sua temperatura elevada em um forno até 220 C, o que permite que a mesma após ser servida à mesa se mantenha aquecida por um período não inferior a 30 minutos.
