"SISTEMA DE FIXAÇÃO MAXILO BUCO FACIAL POR PLACAS, PARAFUSOS E PINOS BIOABSORVÍVEL". O presente relatório descritivo, para o 'corpo' do pedido desta patente de Modelo de Utilidade, refere-se a um sistema de fixação produzido em resina plástica, facilmente absorvida pelo organismo em determinado tempo; sendo especialmente desenvolvido para fixação cirúrgica reparadora da face, maxilares e região bucal; tendo o intuito de fixar estruturas ósseas rompidas por fratura ou para correção de defeito congênito; sendo que, após o período intrínseco ao polímero que compõe o implante, ele é absorvido pelo organismo.
