Constituido por uma liga de borracha FIGURA 01, aplicada sobre a estrutura superior FIGURA 02 (3) e (4) perfurado (2) no rebaixamento (1) e a estrutura inferior tubular (5) que é preenchido por um feltro de lã conforme FIGURA 03 (3) cheio de carvão ativado FIGURA 08, sendo comprimido por um anel interno FIGURA 04 á estrutura interna tubular FIGURA 02 (6) sendo trans fixado pelo respirador FIGURA 05 que assesta-se,desde o orifício central FIGURA 02 (7) da estrutura superior rebaixada (1) até ultrapassar o orifício inferior do obturador FIGURA 06 (3) onde dilatado FIGURA 05 (4) acopla o complemento tubular do respirador FIGURA 07.
