"DISPOSIÇÃO CONSTRUTIVA INTRODUZIDA EM HALTER PARA PRÁTICA DE ATIVIDADES FÍSICAS DE HIDROGINÁSTICA". Composta por uma empunhadura em plástico (1), que conecta dois conjuntos de aletas plásticas em formato de leque (2), ambas permitindo regulagem de abertura das aletas por meio de parafusos em inox (3), sendo que, quanto maior a abertura das aletas, maior o arrasto conferido ao halter imerso em água e, consequentemente, maior a carga a ser vencida pelo atleta durante a sua atividade física.
